  Lead Time – Orders over 500 biscuits will take 7 working days minimum, but we can sometimes assist at shorter notice depending on how busy the bakery is. We offer a range of delivery options to you, or directly to any client or event address across London, the UK and Ireland.

  We also have other options and biscuit sizes available to meet all budgets and sometimes the smallest token can offer the biggest rewards.

  What’s included with each individually wrapped biscuit?

  Each biscuit is a handmade 5.5cm round shortbread with your logo, artwork or image printed directly onto it in high resolution. It arrives individually wrapped, making it ready to hand out at events, place on desks, include in gift bags or send through the post.

  What’s the minimum order quantity?

  You can order from as few as 10 handmade individually wrapped biscuits — ideal for VIP gifting, sample runs or small meetings. We also fulfil large corporate orders of 250, 500 and beyond into Thousands.

  How do I send my artwork or logo?

  Upload your image  (high-res, over 1MB preferred) or email it to hello@bumbleandgoose.co.uk after ordering with your order number. Initial artwork adjustment is included — if your file needs significant reworking, we’ll let you know before we bake anything.

  How long will my order take?

  Smaller orders can often be turned around next day. Orders over 500 biscuits typically need 7 working days minimum, though we’ll always do our best to meet your deadline — just get in touch if you’re working to a tight date.

  Do you deliver across the UK and Ireland?

  Yes — we can deliver Next Day to London, the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and across Europe. Choose Royal Mail 24, DHL Next Working Day for UK orders, or our Ireland courier options at checkout. For larger orders, we would advise you choose DHL.

  Are these suitable for weddings as well as corporate events?

  Absolutely. Individually wrapped biscuits make beautiful wedding favours — personalised with initials, a monogram, or your wedding artwork. They’re also popular for product launches, conferences, exhibitions, hospitality suites and staff appreciation events.

  What allergens do these biscuits contain?

  Our handmade biscuits contain Gluten (Wheat) and Milk. They are made in a bakery environment that also handles Soya, Barley, Eggs and Nuts.
